Developed as a result of a demand for a lower fat content soured cream, Compsey Creamery has a fat content of 10%. Lactic acid cultures are added to our pasteurised 10% cream, the product is packed and it is allowed to culture overnight. This gives Compsey Creamery Light Sour Cream its distinctive mousse-like texture. Once stirred its texture becomes smooth.
